| I went in mid sept 2020 to have a Krown rust treatment done on my car. it was my 2nd time doing it at this location. When I went to have my winter tires installed at my own mechanic, I saw that there was several large dry patches on the under side of my car, this is where the rust treatment must be applied. this was very visible that in the rear suspension area it was quickly applied and not at all thorough. I went to Canadian Tire to buy a can of Rust proof and applied it myself in the missing areas. |

| 5 stars for Josee 2 stars for Eric because he was initially snooty when I began speaking in english. He is unsavoury. 1 star for the mechanic jean-guy because he is stressful. When he calls, there is something wrong. His english is mediocre and he cannot take responsibility for his shortcomings in language and ego. There was a part needed to unlock the rim and he did not look for it in the right place then blamed the labelling of my tool kit. He left it on my passenger seat then told me and I don't know why. I would say it is his ego for not initially finding it. The contents of my vehicle were also carelessly handled. Items from my first aid kit were out of place. They should have been stowed in the kit but were in the back seat. His attitude is like ?I don?t know, we?re going to try this option which may cost you more money and possible wreck your vehicle in the process.? I will not be taking my vehicle to you in the future. Josee was great! She was welcoming, calm, informative, and smart. When I came to make an appointment, she went through several options and details and helped me come to an informed decision. Her communication of information (in English) is superb. She is calm and assuring. After I talked with the mechanic I called back because I was worried. She went to look for the needed tool, then found it in an instant. She made me feel good about going to you. Her attitude is ?I don?t know, let me find out and work with you so we can make this affordable and we?ll take care of you? If more of the team were like Josee I would return. Josee is a diamond and could be given a big raise. Bravo Josee! <3 |

| Je suis dessus pour le service rendu, j?ai pass? une inspection puis j?ai demand? de faire alligner mes roues, le travail est fait, je pars avec mon auto, comme si rien n?a ?t? fait, et c??tait compliqu? de me retourner au garage car j?habite ? la rive sud. Donc j?ai payer + 120$ pour une travail mal fait. |

| J'?tais sceptique et j'aurais d? ne pas allez vous voir! -inspection assez douteuse... Noix de roues sont d?pareill?es, abim?es et rouell?es depuis je vous ai laiss? mon v?hicule ... Je doute la qualit? de l'huile qui est tr?s jaun?tre pour de l'huile synt?thique ... Les freins sont t'ils la premi?re qualit? que j'ai demander et pay? ... Je me pose la question et je vais faire v?rifier par un expert bient?t ... L'alignement bien y? pas align? dutout ... Je vais allez ? un autre garage recommencer le travail plus que moyen... La cerise sur le sundae ... Ma carte de cr?dit est la ( seul place je l'ai utilis? ) et je me suis fais fraud?! |

| Vous m'avez charg? 160$ pour une v?rification SAAQ et 70$ pour une reverification. J'ai trouvez un endroit ? 15 minutes de chez vous ? 109$ pour la v?rification et 47$ pour la reverification et votre employ? m'a dit que toutes les v?rifications a montreal sont au m?me prix. Pas content. |
