I went in mid sept 2020 to have a Krown rust treatment done on my car. it was my 2nd time doing it at this location. When I went to have my winter tires installed at my own mechanic, I saw that there was several large dry patches on the under side of my car, this is where the rust treatment must be applied. this was very visible that in the rear suspension area it was quickly applied and not at all thorough. I went to Canadian Tire to buy a can of Rust proof and applied it myself in the missing areas.

5 stars for Josee 2 stars for Eric because he was initially snooty when I began speaking in english. He is unsavoury. 1 star for the mechanic jean-guy because he is stressful. When he calls, there is something wrong. His english is mediocre and he cannot take responsibility for his shortcomings in language and ego. There was a part needed to unlock the rim and he did not look for it in the right place then blamed the labelling of my tool kit. He left it on my passenger seat then told me and I don't know why. I would say it is his ego for not initially finding it. The contents of my vehicle were also carelessly handled. Items from my first aid kit were out of place. They should have been stowed in the kit but were in the back seat. His attitude is like ?I don?t know, we?re going to try this option which may cost you more money and possible wreck your vehicle in the process.? I will not be taking my vehicle to you in the future. Josee was great! She was welcoming, calm, informative, and smart. When I came to make an appointment, she went through several options and details and helped me come to an informed decision. Her communication of information (in English) is superb. She is calm and assuring. After I talked with the mechanic I called back because I was worried. She went to look for the needed tool, then found it in an instant. She made me feel good about going to you. Her attitude is ?I don?t know, let me find out and work with you so we can make this affordable and we?ll take care of you? If more of the team were like Josee I would return. Josee is a diamond and could be given a big raise. Bravo Josee! <3

Le frais cach? pour le nettoyage du v?hicule, mentionn? pour la premi?re fois au comptoir au d?p?t du v?hicule m?a presque fait canceller le rendez-vous. 40$ suppl?mentaire pour laver un v?hicule, dans ce qui est fortement sugg?r? par votre commis? Et noter sur la facture que le lavage a ?t? refus?? Je pr?sume que cette note sert ? annuler la garantie si jamais il y a r?clamation. Si j?avais vu cette note avant le travail, j?aurais quitt? sur le champ. Vous ne m?aurez plus jamais comme client. Les gens qui m?ont sugg?r? vos services seront avis?s de votre malhonn?tet?.

Le pire service de m?canique automobile que j'ai eu. Travaux effectu? sans m?me avoir l'approbation BDE ma part. Technique de vente pour surfacturer. Je suis extr?mement dessus et c'est pour cette raison que je suis m?fiant envers les garages de m?canique automobile.

La politique du garage et de surfacturer le client en faisant payer des r?parations/contr?les non fait et en r?alisant des remplacement de pi?ces non n?cessaire. Ici on vous mentira du d?but ? la fin, si vous chercher un garage ? qui vous pouvez faire confiance, vous n??tes pas au bon endroit

M. Chabi, vous etes venu pour un alignement et c'etait impossible pour nous de le faire vu l'etat de votre suspension. Vous nous avez demande un diagnostic, nous avons passe 45 minutes sur votre vehicule et nous vous avons charge seulement 30$ car vous n'avez rien repare. Votre critique est injuste nous vous avons fait les recommandations necessaires.

Bon service Co?t beaucoup trop ?lev?. 450$ pour 2 changement de pneus et entreposage. Cela ne fait aucun sens. Nous irons ailleurs. Merci

Bonjour M. St-Louis, Les pneus sur votre Infinity ont un diam?tre de 22 pouces. C'est effectivement plus dispendieux (32.99$) car c'est plus long ? installer sur mags et ? balancer. Nous vous avons offert l'azote gratuitement sur ce v?hicule et vous avez aussi remplac? un essuie-glace arri?re. La Audi ?tait au prix r?gulier mag de 23.99$ plus l'azote ? 5.99$. Et l'entreposage est ? 60$ pour la saison pour l'ensemble de 4 pneus. Nos pris sont raisonnables et comparables aux centres d'expertise similaire dans le quartier. Nous trouvons regrettable de vous savoir non satisfait. N'h?sitez pas ? nous contacter directement si nous pouvons vous faire changer d'id?e. Cordialement,
